Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a nice location with stunning Scottish countryside walks nearby. The service was a mix of welcoming friendliness and some staff difficulties. The dining options were limited, but the traditional bread was a nice touch.
Upon arrival, the hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a musty and unpleasant odor, with cleanliness concerns and a broken safe; however, they were quite spacious and came with a desk and chair. The service was regrettable, marked by unfriendly and unhelpful staff; even though one employee tried, they were overwhelmed. The location, while promising stunning views and convenient access to attractions, was marred by disturbances in the night. The dining experience fell short with a disappointing and rushed breakfast. Despite shortcomings, the hotel offered pleasant walks in the surrounding Scottish countryside.
The hotel is situated in a beautiful location with stunning surroundings and convenient for traveling to the west coast. The rooms were not up to par, smelling musty and unclean, but the Highland Heritage was a standout. The service, unfortunately, had its lows with unfriendly staff, though the receptionist was professional. Dining options were lacking, and the food left much to be desired. A mixed experience overall, but the location was a definite highlight.
